I have honestly never read a book like "Ten Commandments of Faith and Fitness" and I was not sure what I was getting into. What a most pleasant and wonderful surprise awaited me once I began to read this book. Authors Henry Brinton and Vikram Khanna combine skills to produce a book that is more than just feel good talk but a practical guide for getting into shape and becoming physically and spiritually well.

The book takes on lots of areas of health including weight loss. It has an interesting chart that shows how much reduction in your calorie intake and how much you choose to burn through exercising will lead to certain weight losses. The chart is really simple and makes its point that by reducing intake and adding movement to your life you will get rid of fat.

The authors write the book with the attitude of committed Christians and it shows in how they guide you through their program of fitness. It appears to be well researched and based on sound health and wellness practices. The book is a worthy effort on the part of the authors and anyone reading and following this guidebook will find positive results flowing into their lives.
